Our Background
The Filipino International League of Safety Advocates (FILSA) is a nonprofit, non-government organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) as a Safety Consultancy Organization (SCO).
Guided by the principles of accountability, transparency, integrity, and inclusiveness, FILSA is dedicated to elevating the Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Governance (QHSEG) standards in the Philippines and beyond.

We strive to enhance the competency, ethical capacity, and global competitiveness of Filipino Safety Practitioners, while promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and good governance across industries and communities.
In line with our reintegration and advocacy programs, FILSA also supports returning and retiring Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) by providing skills development, livelihood opportunities, and capacity-building initiatives that help them transition into sustainable careers in occupational safety and health.
Through collaboration with government agencies, institutions, and international partners, FILSA continues to champion excellence in safety leadership, management systems, and risk governance—empowering every Filipino to become a Safety Advocate with heart, passion, and purpose.
